The Project
Located in Wynyard Quarter Area 2, Wynyard 100 is the exemplary Mixed Used Development reconfiguring the original Bus Maintenance facility. The development is being built by NZ Strong and will incorporate a 154 room Travelodge hotel, 385 space carpark building, office, retail and residential activities. The first stage comprises 30,000 sqm of GFA located on the Halsey St frontage with 50,000 sqm of future development as part of an Integrated Development Plan.

Affordable group provided scaffolding for 2 fire exits as well as scaffolding and shrink wrap on the entire roof. Shrink wrap was required to speed up and protect the process of placing sealant on the roof floor. The project was completed smoothly, on time and to budget.
Once again, a strong relationship was key to excellent communication between AG and NZ Strong.
